How to ship your pad for repair:
1. After the purchase, you will receive an email with the address where to ship your controller.
2. Pack your controller securely to avoid damage during the shipping
3. Write your full name, return address and order number (from confirmation email) on a note and add it into the package
4. Once we receive your controller, we will profesionally fix it within 48 hours.
5. Your pad will be securely packed and shipped back to you via Royal Mail tracked 48. You will receive an email with tracking info.
