How to ship your pad for modification:
1. After the purchase, you will receive prepaid Royal Mail label free of charge. No printer needed.
2. Pack your controller securely to avoid damage during the shipping
3. Write your full name, return address and order number (from confirmation email) on a note and add it into the package
4. Use any Collect+ store, post office or Royal Mail parcel box to ship your controller.
5. Once we receive your controller, we will profesionally fix it within 48 hours.
6. Your pad will be securely packed and shipped back to you via Royal Mail. You will receive an email with tracking info.
